The rapport with the audience, the opening of the trainer to speak with the audience, to listen, i felt like she was part of the team and did not feel like talking to a phycologist. I liked the exercises and all the open discussions done. The training is a good opportunity to look from a different perspective to all that is happening around us, be more agile in observing the triggers that show us some people or ourselves are heading into a certain direction and be able to help us/others. In a manager position is always challenging as we face different and different situations, we are like an informal psychologist for our team members and as these days the entire society suffers and is stressed due to multiple factors is highly needed to be informed on the MH and how to tackle it.
